Apologies for posting in English (feel free to respond in German)

I am searching for an image related to Sigmund Freud's Zur Psychopathologie des Alltagsleben (1901). In a chapter on slips of the pen, he recounts withdrawing the wrong sum from the bank. The footnote in the English translation explains:

"In Austria at that time, withdrawals from the Post Office Savings Bank involved cutting off portions of a sheet of paper printed with columns of digits: the points at which the cut was made indicated the number of kronen to be withdrawn"

Does anyone know where I might find a picture of this form?
